"I was extremely pleased with the service we received from Hayes Heating. We had called several other places that told us someone would get back with us to set up an appointment. Hayes Heating told me right away that it would be several days before someone could come out. I appreciated the honesty. Fortunately for us there was a cancellation and the serviceman was able to come sooner. He was very professional and informative. We appreciated the timely service and will continue to use Ace Heating whenever possible.”

I was impressed with the installers and the professional & courteous way they handled some miscommunication between us and their office regarding additional products we purchased. I am happy there were a couple of glitches because it gave us a chance to test out their customer service. Hayes Heating does excel at making things right keeping the customer happy. Very Good doesn't do them justice. Overall, Tim & his team rated Excellent in our book and exceeded our expectations! "
