Our furnace started going out, so we had them come out and replace the thermostat. Tim Hayes, the owner's husband, came out and did the job for us. He accidentally crossed a wire because ours weren't color coded, so when we turned it on we had A/C, but he quickly sent someone out and fixed the problem. We've used them since we moved here 17 years ago and they have always been great.
