When we remodeled our home we decided that we should have a heat pump to provide heating in the winter and cooling in the summer as well as an on demand recirculating water heater. As installed by the contractor, they worked but did not work well. The contractor would not service these and we had to seek other help which went from bad to worse, that is until we hit on Hayes. Hayes corrected the faulty installation in both systems that are now reliable and work well. Hayes provide as needed prompt expert service.

It has been 13 years now that we've used Hayes and I cannot fault them. They are our savior.
I have a very favorable feeling towards Hayes Heating and Cooling. They are the company that removed my old oil furnace and installed a new natural gas Coleman furnace. They just finished their third or fourth servicing and I'm pleased with the service. I think they really know what they're doing and they deserve five stars.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.. He identified the problem - the pilot light wouldn’t start with the remote and fixed it. The backup batteries had failed. He cleaned up the corrosion and installed the new batteries. He then tested the fireplace to ensure the problem was fixed.

Our gas furnace stopped generating heat earlier this week on a winter evening. Called Hayes next morning and Kirtan was at our place within a couple hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which required a part run into the City, complete with a full inspection and cleaning. We quickly had our heat restored, and the price was reasonable. My gas fireplace was not working so I called Hayes Heating who had serviced my furnace the last several years. The technician, Glen, arrived during the allotted 2 hour time given to for his arrival. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my many questions with patience. He had the issue solved quickly and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. He also found one other problem regarding a pipe to the furnace that I was not aware of. I have scheduled that to be fixed with Hayes Heating. Always a pleasure to do business with Hayes heating. After trying to save money and using a coupon to have annual service done, the company we used told us that we had $1500 worth of repairs that needed to be completed.
We called Hayes for a second opinion, and all it took to fix the problem was the tightening of a clamp.
Will NEVER coupon shop again, and as a matter of fact we have joined Hayes annual service program and will never have to think about anything from our annual service to who is going to do the job right the first time.

Kirtan and Jerry come to do air duct cleaning, furnace maintenance and dryer duct cleaning. They did the work thoroughly, carefully, vacuumed at each vent, removed lot of dust and construction debris, and cleaned up after the work. Also for the dryer duct, they didn’t simply put the vacuum head into the outlet. Kirtan removed the cover and flappers, vacuumed thoroughly, then put all things back. Not like some companies who may use the easiest way, shortest time to “finish” the job.
